2. Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to all the terms and conditions outlined.
A. Product Description
We endeavor to produce the most accurate images, information and descriptions of all items listed for sale. If you receive an item that does not match the description please contact us and a solution will be provided, however Empire Sports Ltd reserve the right to refuse to replace or refund product discrepancies.
B. Pricing
When making a purchase the buyer commits to paying for the price listed at that given time, plus any additional carriage charges outlined at checkout. All prices listed on Empire Sports World are in British Pound Sterling and include VAT.
C. Availability
Empire Sports aims to keep the website running with the most accurate stock availability at all times, however the company reserves the right to cancel any orders should stock availability be a problem through technical or otherwise stated issue. Customers will be notified should an order be cancelled.
D. Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within one working day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be processed and shipped on a Monday morning.
E. Delivery
All items, unless otherwise stated, will be delivered by Royal Mail in the UK, or the local Postal Service for international deliveries. While we aim to get all orders out and delivered on time, Empire Sports cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Please contact us should you require information regarding an outstanding order. In the event of non-delivery or other unforeseen delivery issues occur, the company reserves the right to refuse to replace or refund any purchase should there be significant evidence, such as tracking or delivery confirmation suggesting the item has been received.
F. Returns
All items can be returned 30 days from the date of receipt, for either a full refund or a change of size. Refunds can only be issued to the card or account in which payment was made. Exchange requests are subject to availability, and only exchange requests for the same item in a different colour or size can be accepted. The buyer has the responsibility for all costs associated with returning the item safely to Empire Sports Ltd, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item is returned safely. All returns must meet the return criteria; items must be returned in the condition received, be unused and with all labels and tags still attached. Empire Sports has the right to refuse any returns that fail to meet this criteria.
G. Customs
When ordering goods from Empire Sports World for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the purchaser; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Empire Sports World, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
