Empire Sports World aims to process all orders between Monday-Friday within 24 hours exluding Bank holidays.

EU Delivery:                       5-10 Days

US, Canada & Australia :   5-10 Days

Worldwide Delivery:           5-14 Days

All deliveries are sent via ROYAL MAIL in the UK, and handled by the local postal providers for International deliveries.

You will receive email confirmation once your order has been shipped, for further information on an order please contact our customer service team.

RETURNS POLICY

All items can be returned within 30 days from the day of receipt, for a either a refund or an exchange of size or colour.

Refunds will be issued to the account or card in which payment was made.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return address and details are listed on the packing slip of each delivery.  Please contact us for any further support required.

Buyers are responsible for the full cost of safely returning items back to us.

All items must be returned in the condition received, be unused and have all the original tags and labels still attached. Any returns received that do not meet this crieria may be rejected.
